General information Shared memory The following features in your phone use shared memory: contacts, text messages, multimedia messages, images and ringing tones, Video recorder, RealOne Player™, calendar and to-do notes, and downloaded applications. Using any of these features leaves less memory for other features. This is especially true with heavy use of any of the features. For example, saving many images may take all of the shared memory and your phone may display that the memory is full.
