Control Panel Menus Item Clear Storage Reset Fuser Description Deletes documents stored in the RAM in the printer. Resets the fuser life counter to the starting point (0). PCL Setup Menu Use this menu to configure settings for PCL. The PCL driver is used for applications requiring PCL. For PCL print driver options, see Printing Options for Windows PCL Driver on page 63. Item Paper Tray Paper Size Orientation 2-Sided Font Symbol Set Font Size Font Pitch Form Line Quantity Description Specifies the paper tray to use when the Paper Tray setting in the PCL print driver is set to Auto Select. • Auto (default) • Tray 1 • Tray 2 (optional; if installed) • Manual Feed Slot Specifies the default paper size to print. Specifies the default paper orientation: • Portrait (default) • Landscape Specifies 2-sided printing settings: • 2-Sided Print: Specifies whether to perform 2-sided printing. The default is Off. The default setting is ON when the duplex unit is installed. • Binding Edge: Specifies the binding direction from Flip Long Edge (default) or Flip Short Edge. Specifies the font to use. The default font is Courier. Specifies the font to use for symbols. The default is Roman-8. Specifies the font size. The default size is 12.00. You can specify a value from 4.00 through 50.00 in increments of 0.25. Available only for typographic fonts. Specifies the character spacing. You can specify a value from 6.00 through 24.00 in increments of 0.01. The default is 10.00. Specifies the form line (the number of lines per form). You can specify a value from 5 through 128 in increments of 1. The default is 60. Specifies the number of copies to print. You can specify a value from 1 through 999.
