Chapter 11 DNS Relay 11.4 Create New DNS Relay Local LAN Database Entry You can view details of exisitng local hosts or add new entries to the LAN. Click Create/View LAN database entry for IPv4 hosts in the DNS relay local LAN database screen to show the following. Figure 96 Create New DNS Relay Local LAN Database Entry The following table describes the fields in this screen. Table 69 Create New DNS Relay Local LAN Database Entry LABEL DESCRIPTION Local host list This shows the list of existing local hosts. Host name This is the name of the local host. IP address This is the IP address of the local host. Extra host names and IP addresses Click this to edit host name and IP address aliases. See for more details. Delete? If you want to remove this entry, select the delete checkbox and click Apply. Apply Click this to confirm your settings. Reset Click this to restore your previously saved settings. Host name Enter the name of the local host that you want to add. IP address Enter the IP address of the local host that you want to add.
