Chapter 16 IP Routes you can edit or delete it in the Existing Routes list. If there is no IP route, click Create new IP V4Route. Figure 128 IP Route Configuration The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 91 IP Route Configuration LABEL DESCRIPTION Existing Routes Valid This field indicates whether the rule is valid or not. Destination This parameter specifies the IP network address of the final destination. Routing is always based on network number. Gateway This is the IP address of the gateway. The gateway is a router or switch on the same network segment as the device's LAN or WAN port. The gateway helps forward packets to their destinations. Netmask This parameter specifies the IP network subnet mask of the final destination. Advertise Select true if you want the route to be advertised via RIP. If not, select false. Delete? Select the checkbox and click Apply to remove a route. Advanced Options Click this to configure advanced options of a this route. Apply Click this to save your changes.
