Chapter 14 Quality of Service (QoS) 14.2.1 Edit QoS Classifier Click Edit next to a classifier in the QoS > Classifier screen. The Classifier Rule Configuration screen displays. Table 74 Classifier Rule Configuration LABEL DESCRIPTION Add Rules Rule Name Enter a descriptive name for the QoS classifier rule. Then click OK to add it to the Profile list below. Profile rule name This shows the name of the QoS classifier rule. Current DSCP This displays the current DSCP value. priority Enter the IEEE 802.1p priority to which you would like to map this DSCP value. See Section 14.7.2 on page 174 for more information on the IEEE 802.1p priority. DSCP Enter the DSCP value for the traffic matching the class criteria. The higher the value, the higher the priority. Lower-priority packets may be dropped if the total traffic exceeds the capacity of the network. meter instance id Enter the meter instance id to assign which meter to process the packet. Delete Select the checkbox and click OK if you want to delete this classifier rule. Reset Click this to restore your previously saved settings.
