Chapter 5 System Settings 5.3.1 Editing an Existing User Account Click Edit user in the System > Authentication screen to edit an existing user account. The screen appears as shown. Table 15 System > Authentication: Edit user LABEL DESCRIPTION Username This field displays the name of the user account. Password If you want to change the password for this account, enter a new system password (up to 27 characters). Note that as you type a password, the screen displays a (*) for each character you type. After you change the password, use the new password to access the P-794H. May login? If you want this user account to have the authority to log into the system, select true. If not, select false. Comment You can type an optional comment for this user account. Apply Click Apply to save your changes. Reset Click Reset to restore your previously saved settings. Delete this user Click this if you want to delete this user account. Cancel and return to Authentication Setup Page Note: This option is not available with the account that is currently logged in. You cannot delete the account that you are using.
