Editing Dial Plans You can edit dial plans and can modify the control timers. Entering the Line Interface Dial Plan This dial plan is used to strip steering digits from a dialed number before it is transmitted out to the carrier. STEP 1 Log in to the Configuration Utility. If prompted, enter the administrative logon provided by the Service Provider. The default username and password are both admin. STEP 2 Under the Voice menu, click the Line (Line 1-2) to choose the line interface that you want to modify. STEP 3 Scroll down to the Dial Plan section. STEP 4 Enter the digit sequences in the Dial Plan field. For more information, see About Dial Plans, page 102. STEP 5 Click Submit to save your settings.
