CDP Setting
Use the CDP page to specify the Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) settings on your
network. CDP is a link-level device discovery protocol available on all Cisco
equipment. Each CDP-enabled device sends periodic messages to a multicast
address and also listens to the periodic messages sent by others to learn about
neighboring devices.
STEP 1
