Managing Device Security The Management Security page provides access to security pages that contain fields for setting security parameters for user database, password and RADIUS security. To open the Management Security page, click System→Management Security in the tree view. Defining the Local User Databases The Local User Database page contains fields for defining users, passwords and access levels. To open the Local User Database page, click System→ Management Security→ Local User Database in the tree view. Figure 6-9. Local User Database • User Name - List of users. • Access Level - User access level. The lowest user access level is 1 and 15 is the highest user access level. Users with access level 15 are Privileged Users, and only they can access and edit all pages of the OpenManage Switch Administrator. • Password (0-64 Characters) - User-defined password. • Confirm Password - Confirms the user-defined password. • Remove - Removes users from the User Name list, when selected.
