6 6 [User Settings] [User Settings] are for setting items that a user can adjust as appropriate. The contents of these setting items depend upon how the [Administrator Settings] are configured. [User Settings] cannot be initialized all at once. To initialize all settings, either manually reset them one by one or contact your service representative. Settings [System Settings] [Custom Display Settings] [Copier Settings] [Scan/Fax Settings] [Printer Settings] [Change Password] [Change E-Mail Address] [Change Icon] [Register Authentication Information] * [Cellular Phone/PDA Setting] Configure the basic functions of this machine. Change the touch panel display to the convenience of the user. Configure the settings for copy functions to be used in copy operations. Configure setting for fax and scan operations. Configure setting is for the printer operations. Change the password for the user who is currently logged in. Change the E-mail addresses specified for registered users. Change the icons specified for registered users. Register or delete the biometric authentication information or IC card authentication information of the current login user.
