Function detail description 11 4 Enter the department name and password. - The password can also be preset in the printer driver as a default value so that it does not have to set for each job. 5 Click the [OK] button, and specify the desired settings, and then print the document. If the entered password is a password registered on this machine, the job is printed and counted as a job for the account. 2 Reminder If the account track settings are not specified on the Configure tab, account track cannot be performed. Function detail description

Reminder

If the account track settings are not specified on the Configure tab, account track cannot be performed.
