FAX Operation (Advanced) NOTE: For details on character entry, refer to Character Entry Method on page 2 of the Appendix. Please note that when you have not add any additional information, file names become the same, and, therefore, old files are overwritten when received originals are forwarded with folder (SMB) transmission and folder (FTP) transmission. 7 Press [OK]. 8 Press [OK]. 9 To exit from this setup, press [Close] several times until the System Menu default screen is displayed. Settings for Memory Forwarding from COMMAND CENTER (RX/Forward Requirements Settings) You can use COMMAND CENTER on a computer connected to the network to specify the memory forwarding settings on this machine. Refer to the machine's Operation Guide for information on the network settings. Accessing COMMAND CENTER 1 Open the web browser. 2 In the Address or Location bar, enter the machine's IP address as the URL, e.g. http://192.168.48.21/. The web page displays basic information about the machine and COMMAND CENTER as well as the current status of the machine. 5-22 3 Select a category from the navigation bar on the left to view and set values for that particular category. 4 If administrator privileges have been enabled on COMMAND CENTER, remember to enter the correct user name and password when trying to access the relevant screens.
