Printing Administrative Reports, Send Result Reports

Checking Transmission Results and Registration Status Printing Administrative Reports You can print various administrative reports to check the results of fax transmission or the status of the functional setup. Send Result Reports Each time you send a fax, you can print a report to confirm whether the fax was sent successfully. You can also print the transmitted image in the send result report. 1 Press the System Menu key. 2 Press [Report], and [Next] of Result Report Setting. Then press [Change] of Send Result Report. 3 Press [Off] (not to Report - Send Result Report print), [On] (to print), Print a repo rt of transmission results. or [Error Only]. Off Attach Send Image If you selected [On] On or [Error], you should then indicate Error Only Off whether the transmitted image is to be printed by selecting [Off] (do not print transmitted Status image) or [On] (print transmitted image]. On Can cel OK 6/6/2006 10:00 4 Press [OK]. 5 To exit from this setup, press [Close] several times until the System Menu default screen is displayed. 6-8 OPERATION GUIDE
