Setup and Registration Reduced Reception When the reception size is larger than the paper size, you can reduce the print size. Item Off On Description Print the received data at 100% of the original size by dividing it into several sheets of paper. Print the received data by reducing the original size according to the paper size. 1 Press the System Menu key. 2 Press [FAX/i-FAX], [Next] of Reception, [Next] of Basic, and [Change] of Reduced RX Size. 3 Select [Off] or [On]. FAX - Reduced RX Size If a received fax's size is larger than the current paper size, reduce it before printing. Off On Status 4 Press [OK]. Cancel OK 6/6/2006 10:00 5 To exit from this setup, press [Close] several times until the System Menu default screen is displayed. OPERATION GUIDE 7-9
