A shortcut number was automatically assigned when you clicked Submit. You can use this shortcut number when you are ready to scan your documents. a Load an original document faceup, short edge first into the ADF or facedown on the scanner glass. You can select one of these settings: Custom Text - BW PDF Text - BW TIFF Photo - Color JPEG Photo - Color TIFF Text/Photo - BW PDF Text/Photo - Color PDF To customize the scan job settings, from the Quick Setup menu, select Custom. Then change the scan settings as needed. Format Type This option sets the output (PDF, TIFF, or JPEG) for the scanned image. • PDF-Output is a single file. • TIFF-Output is a single file. If Multi-page TIFF is turned off in the Configuration menu, then the output is a series of one-page files. 96

Understanding scan to computer options
Quick Setup
