Roast We recommend the Roast modes - Convection Bake and Combi Steam with Surround. Be sure that the grease filter is in place. Never roast meat in frozen state, it will dry out. Defrost it before cooking. Do not preheat the oven for roasting. The prepared meat will be placed into the cold oven. Clean the meat before roasting. Season the meat as desired and cover it with dabs of butter. If you want to cook several pieces of meat at the same time, use pieces with the same thickness if possible. Let the finished roast stand about 10 minutes before cutting so that the meat juices can be redistributed. 96
