Feature name Mail Notice Settings Auditron (Print) Properties Setting items Notice Frequency Select the frequency of sending the status e-mail. Notice Day (Weekly) Allows you to specify the day of the week on which the status e-mail is sent. Notice Date (Monthly) Allows you to specify the date on which the monthly status e-mail is sent. Notice Time Allows you to specify the time to send the e-mail notice. IP Reject Frequency Allows you to specify the number of rejections before sending an e-mail notice for users whose IP addresses are not registered in the permitted addresses. Domain Reject Frequency Allows you to specify the number of rejections before sending an e-mail notice for users whose domains are not registered in the permitted domains. Next Notice Date Displays the next transmission date. Mail Recipient Settings: Allows you to specify up to three recipient e-mail addresses when Regular Notice, IP Reject Notice or Domain Reject Notice is checked. Up to 128 bytes can be entered. Auditron (Print) Select the check box to enable. Non-account Print Select the check box to enable. Account Number Allows you to change the information of account users. Click [Edit] to configure. User Account Settings (Print): Allows you to make detailed settings as follows: Account Number - This is a display-only item. User Name - Enter the user name. Password - Enter a 4 to 12 digit number for the password. Black Account Limit - Allows you to configure the limitation of black and white prints for each account.
