Recording Audio ■ Using Commercially Available Microphones You can also connect to the camcorder's MIC terminal commercially available condenser microphones with their own power supply. You can connect almost any stereo microphone with a ∅ 3.5 mm plug, but audio recording levels may vary. • When referring to the instruction manual of the WM-V1, note that the procedure written for manually adjusting the audio recording level does not apply to this camcorder. Refer to [ä Mic. Level] (A 234) for this camcorder's correct procedure. • When an external microphone is connected to the camcorder's MIC terminal, the audio level indicator (A 234) will be displayed automatically. 123
