When replacing the photoconductor unit, avoid exposing it to room light any longer than necessary. Installing the New Photoconductor Unit Once you have removed the empty photoconductor unit, you're ready to install the new one. Follow these steps: 1. Take a new photoconductor unit out of its package. Hold the handle and remove the protective sheet as shown below: 2. Position the unit over the guide rails inside the printer. Installing the New Photoconductor Unit
Once you have removed the empty photoconductor unit, you’re ready to
install the new one. Follow these steps:
1.
Take a new photoconductor unit out of its package. Hold the handle
and remove the protective sheet as shown below:

Position the unit over the guide rails inside the printer. Then carefully
slide it all the way in.
