NOTE It is not necessary to remove the system board from the Netserver to install the second processor (CPU 2). 6. Ensure the processor speed of the second processor (CPU 2) is the same as the existing processor before installing the second processor. NOTE If you are upgrading the second processor to a faster processor speed than the primary processor, the primary processor must also be changed. Both processors must have the same product number, which includes the same clock speed, cache size, and FSB speed. The supported processors only perform at the rated speed indicated on the processor in the HP Netserver. 48
