Other Issues Some keys on the keyboard are not supported by MultiPoint Server. Cause Solution Some system controls and keys are not supported. The standard 103-key keyboard will work, but extended system controls such as Power and Sleep are not supported. Common control keys such as Pause, Play, and Rewind are also not supported. This is a known issue. There is no resolution at this time. You are unable to connect a MultiPoint Server system to a wireless LAN. Cause Solution You might not have the appropriate wireless drivers or the Wireless LAN services installed. Install the Wireless LAN service and any appropriate wireless drivers by completing the following procedure. 1. Click Start, click Administrative Tools, and then click Server Manager. 2. In the Features Summary area of the Server Manager main window, click Add Features. 3. Under Features, select Wireless LAN Service, and then click Next. 4.
