Chapter 8 PBX Tutorials The LCRs determine which outside line the ISG50 should use to complete outbound calls. In our example we want to use the PSTN1 outbound line group to complete local calls. Figure 119 Outbound Calls via PSTN LocalCall PSTN ISG FXO 1001 1 In the web configurator, click Configuration > PBX > Outbound Line Management > LCR > Add to open the Add LCR screen. Enter a name and description for the LCR. Move the outbound line group from the pool column that you want to add to this LCR (PSTN1 in this example) to the Selected column. Then click the Add icon to configure a dial condition. 2 The Dial Condition screen appears. • Type 0 followed by a period (.) in the Dial Condition field. This means that this LCR will be used when callers dial any number that begins with a 0. The period (.) is a wildcard character, meaning anything can follow the zero. • Specify an offset value. In our example, we configure an offset value of 1. The offset value tells the ISG50 how many initial digits (if any) it should strip off of the dialed number before routing the call to the external line. See page 147 for an example.
