CHAPTER 4 Installation Setup Wizard 4.1 Installation Setup Wizard Screens If you log into the Web Configurator when the ISG50 is using its default configuration, the first Installation Setup Wizard screen displays. This wizard helps you configure Internet connection settings and activate subscription services. This chapter provides information on configuring the Web Configurator's installation setup wizard. See the feature-specific chapters in this User's Guide for background information. Figure 35 Installation Setup Wizard • Click the double arrow in the upper right corner to display or hide the help. • Click Go to Dashboard to skip the installation setup wizard or click Next to start configuring for Internet access. 4.1.1 Internet Access Setup - WAN Interface Use this screen to set how many WAN interfaces to configure and the first WAN interface's type of encapsulation and method of IP address assignment. The screens vary depending on the encapsulation type. Refer to information provided by your ISP to know what to enter in each field. Leave a field blank if you don't have that information.
