Chapter 38 ACD Click either the Add or Edit icon in the Skill Menu screen to display the options as shown next. Figure 379 Add Skill Menu Each field is described in the following table. Table 212 Add Skill Menu LABEL DESCRIPTION Skill Menu Enter a name for this skill menu. Description Enter a description for this skill menu. Add Click this to create a new entry. Edit Double-click an entry or select it and click Edit to open a screen where you can modify it. Remove To remove an entry, select it and click Remove. The ISG50 confirms you want to remove it before doing so. # This field is a sequential value, and it is not associated with a specific entry. Code This column indicates the keypad code that a caller can press to engage the associated action. Action This column indicates the action that happens when a caller presses an associated keypad code. The action is linked to the skills created on the Configuration > PBX > ACD > Skill screen. OK Click OK to save your customized settings and exit this screen.
