It lists the name or fax number of the receiving party, the time and date of transmission, and whether the transmission was successful. The factory default setting is OFF. OFF: Thereportwillbeprintedautomaticallyonlyifanerroroccursduringtransmission.Ifthe report says "Result: NG" then send all the pages again. If the report says "Result: Check readability of transmitted page(s) 02, 05" then send only pages 2 and 5 again. Transmission Verification (Xmit) Report
The Transmission Verification Report can be used as proof that you sent a fax. It lists the name
or fax number of the receiving party, the time and date of transmission, and whether the
transmission was successful. The factory default setting is OFF.
OFF:
Thereportwillbeprintedautomaticallyonlyifanerroroccursduringtransmission.Ifthe
report says “Result: NG” then send all the pages again. If the report says “Result: Check
readability of transmitted page(s) 02, 05” then send only pages 2 and 5 again.
ON:
A report will be printed automatically. It is important to read the result of each report to
check that the transmission was successful.
