Fax (imageRUNNER 1025iF Only) Introduction to Using Fax Functions Registering Your Machine's Fax Number Your machine's fax number must be registered. When you send a document, the number that you registered is printed on the recipient's paper. 1 Press [Additional Functions]. 5 Confirm that is displayed, then press [OK]. 2 Press [ ] or [ ] to select , then press [OK]. USER SETTINGS 1.UNIT TELEPHONE # ADD. FUNCTIONS 3.TX/RX SETTINGS 3 Press [ ] or [ ] to select , then press [OK]. TX/RX SETTINGS 2.FAX SETTINGS 4 Confirm that is displayed, then press [OK]. 6 Enter your fax/ telephone number (20 digits maximum, including spaces) using - [numeric keys], then press [OK]. Ex. UNIT TELEPHONE # 012XXXXXXX 7 Press [Stop] to return to the standby mode. FAX SETTINGS 1.USER SETTINGS Registering the Machine's Name Your name or company's name must be registered as the machine's name.
