Fax (imageRUNNER 1025iF Only) Adjusting the Auto Switch Time This function enables you to set the machine to switch to document receive mode after ringing for a specified length of time in the mode. This function is only available when the is set to . 1 Press [Additional Functions]. 2 Press [ ] or [ ] to select , then press [OK]. 7 Specify the period of time (0 to 30 seconds) before the machine starts ringing after receiving a voice call using [ ] or [ ], or - [numeric keys], then press [OK]. ADD. FUNCTIONS 3.TX/RX SETTINGS 3 Press [ ] or [ ] to select , then press [OK]. TX/RX SETTINGS 2.FAX SETTINGS 4 Press [ ] or [ ] to select , then press [OK]. FAX SETTINGS 3.RX SETTINGS 5 Press [ ] or [ ] to select , then press [OK]. RING START TIME 6SEC If the machine receives a fax, the machine does not ring and switches to the receive mode automatically. 8 Confirm that is displayed, then press [OK]. FAX/TEL OPT. SET 2.F/T RING TIME 9 Press [ ] or [ ] to select the duration (15 to 300 seconds) for the phone to ring, then press [OK]. F/T RING TIME 15SEC RX SETTINGS 3.FAX/TEL OPT.
