Fax (imageRUNNER 1025iF Only) Receiving Documents in Memory without Printing Out (MEMORY LOCK) The machine automatically receives faxes in memory when printing is disabled under certain conditions (e.g., toner or paper has run out). You can also set the machine to store all documents in memory without automatically printing them. Locking the machine to receive and store all documents in memory is called memory lock reception. The default setting is . 1 Press [Additional Functions]. 2 Press [ ] or [ ] to select , then press [OK]. ADD. FUNCTIONS 9.SYSTEM SETTINGS If the System Manager ID and System Password have been set, enter the System Manager ID and System Password using - [numeric keys], then press [Log In/Out]. 3 Press [ ] or [ ] to select , then press [OK].
