Selecting Image Quality You can adjust the image quality of the document you send. The higher image quality you set, the better the output will be, but the longer the transmission will take. The default setting is (for fax) or (for I-fax). If you are sending I-fax, you can also specify the resolution (Image Quality) by pressing [OK] after specifying the destination. For instructions, see "Send Settings," on p. 5-43. 1 Place your originals. 2 Press [SEND]. 3 Press [ ] or [ ] to select the sending method, then press [OK]. SELECT SEND METHOD FAX If you are specifying the destination registered in one-touch keys or coded dial codes, you can skip this step. 4 Specify the destination. Ex. FAX NUMBER =012XXXXXXX For instructions on specifying destinations, see "Specifying Destinations," on p. 5-21. 5 Press [Image Quality]. 6 Press [ ] or [ ] to adjust the image quality, then press [OK].
