SCAN LIMIT Description Sets the system manager information to protect the contents of . Once the system manager ID and system password is set, they must be entered every time you access the menu. Sets the system manager ID (seven digits). Sets the system manager password (seven digits). Sets the system manager name (32 characters maximum, including spaces). Sets the device information. Registers the machine name (32 characters maximum, including spaces). Registers the machine location (32 characters maximum, including spaces). Sets if the Department ID management is used. The Department ID management is not used. The Department ID management is used. Registers the Department ID (0001-1000). Registers the Department ID management password. Sets page limits for scans, prints, and copies (0-999,999 pages). Sets the total page limit. Sets if the total page limit is used. - OFF - ON Sets the page limits for (0-999,999 pages).
