Port is receiving signal, but not yet online (Solid Amber LED): Cable is partially inserted in the port, or the device at the other end of the cable is not functioning properly. Please check the switch front panel or check the device on the other end of the cable. Port is disabled (Slow Flashing Amber LED): The port was disabled by an administrator manually via the front panel, or via one of the management tools.
