Make sure you have enough diskettes to back up the data on your hard disk drive. It takes about 17 1.2MB diskettes to back up a 20MB hard disk that is completely full, and about 34 1.2MB diskettes to back up a full 40MB hard disk. See your MS-DOS Reference Manual for complete instructions on using BACKUP. Using HELP The Epson HELP program provides online information about MS-DOS commands and programs. You can use HELP in either of two ways: You can type HELP at the command prompt and press Enter to display the HELP menu You can bypass the menu by typing HELP plus the name of the command you want information about. To use the HELP menu, follow these steps: 1. Type HELP at the MS-DOS command prompt and press Enter. 2. The screen displays a menu of MS-DOS commands. Use the cursor keys to highlight the command you want information about and press Enter. 3. If there is more than one screen of information about the command you selected, you see the prompt PgUp at the top of the screen. Press the PgUp key to display the rest of the text. 4. To return to the HELP menu, press the ESC key. Press ESC again to exit the HELP program.

Using HELP
The Epson HELP program provides online information about
MS-DOS commands and programs. You can use HELP in
either of two ways:
You can type
HELP
at the command prompt and press
Enter
to display the HELP menu
You can bypass the menu by typing
HELP
plus the name of
the command you want information about.
To use the HELP menu, follow these steps:
1.
Type
HELP
at the MS-DOS command prompt and press
Enter.
2.
