FIGURE 1 Configuring Internet Explorer Deleting temporary internet files used by Java applications For Web Tools to operate correctly, you must delete the temporary internet files used by Java applications. Use the following procedure to delete these files. 1. From the Control Panel, open Java. 2. Click the General tab and click Settings. FIGURE 2 Temporary Internet Settings dialog box 3.
