L This unit may disturb the performance of other devices connected to the same telephone line. Using surge protectors L The warranty does not cover damage due to power line surges or lightning. For additional protection, we recommend the use of a surge protector. If you use this unit with a computer or subscribe to an xDSL service Fax transmission/reception may be disturbed, or you may hear interference noise during telephone conversation. A filter to prevent this is provided from your service company. Please attach the filter to the telephone line cord of the fax machine.
