Preparation Volume 2.10 Adjusting handset volume {SAVE} {>}{e}{v} {CONF/FUNCTION} 2.10.1 Ringer volume 4 levels (high/medium/low/off) are available. Make sure the handset is not being used. 1 Press {CONF/FUNCTION}. 2 Scroll to "Ringer setting" by pressing {v} or {e}, and press {>}. 3 Press {>} at "Ringer volume". 4 Press {v} or {e} to select the desired volume. 5 Press the right soft key ({SAVE}). To turn the ringer OFF Press {v} repeatedly until "Off ?" is displayed in step 4. L If set to OFF, the handset will not ring for external calls, and for internal calls it will ring at the low level. L To turn the ringer back ON, press {e} in step 4. Note: L To adjust the ringer volume for the 2-way radio mode, see page 49. Ringer tone L You can select the handset ringer tone from one of 6 patterns for external calls (page 74). 2.10.2 Handset receiver volume 3 levels (high/medium/low) are available.
