Making PTT Calls Using the Keypad Making Barge Calls 1. From the Home screen, enter the number on the keypad. 2. Press the PTT/Side Key. A tone plays and "Connected to" displays. 3. Press and hold the PTT/Side Key, and begin talking. "Talking to" displays on your phone screen. 4. Press the End/Power Key to end the call. Making Alert Calls 1. Press the PTT/Side Key to display the PTT Contact List. - or - From the Home screen, select MENU ➔ Contacts ➔ PTT Contact List. 2. Highlight a PTT contact, then press the Left Soft Key Alert, then the PTT/Side Key to send an alert to the recipient. If the recipient answers the call, "Connected to" displays on your phone's screen. 3. Press and hold the PTT/Side Key, and begin talking. "Talking to" displays on your phone screen. 4. Release the PTT/Side Key to listen. 5. Alternate between pressing and holding the PTT/ Side Key to talk, and releasing the PTT/Side Key to listen. 6. Press the End/Power Key to end the call. 1.
From the Home screen, enter the number on the keypad.

Press the
PTT/Side Key
