3.23 SETUP 3 Tests and Diagnostics Alarm Date Option The Alarm Date Option sets a month and date to power on automatically. When Alarm Time is set to "Disabled", The alarm date is not set. Disabled Does not set the alarm date. Wake-up on LAN Calling from the administrator of LAN automatically turns on the computer. When the Built-in LAN is "Enabled", this option can be set. An AC adapter is required for this option. Enabled Uses Wake-up on LAN function. Disabled Does not use Wake-up on LAN function. (Default) (f) Panel Power On/Off This option is displayed only in the resume mode. Enabled Enables the Panel Power On/Off. Disabled Disables the Panel Power On/Off. (Default) 9. Configuration This field displays the configuration method. The devices are initialized when the PNP OS loads. Setup by OS Initializes devices, which is needed to load an operating system. Operating system initializes other devices. When this option is selected, the setting in the "PC Card" becomes "Auto-Selected" and it can not be changed. (Default) All Devices All devices will be initialized. NOTE: When the installed OS is used, selecting "Set by OS" is recommended.
