4.4 Wireless LAN Card 4 Replacement Procedures Installing the Wireless LAN Card To install the wireless LAN card (option), make sure that the computer is in boot mode and powered off, follow the steps below and refer to figures 4-9 to 4-12. CAUTION: Be sure to switch the computer off before removing the wireless LAN card. Otherwise, the computer or the wireless LAN card may be damaged. 1. Insert the wireless LAN card into the connector at an angle of 45 degrees. 2. Gently push the wireless LAN card down until latches on both sides engage the wireless LAN card to hold it in place. 3. Connect the antenna coaxial cable to the connectors on the wireless LAN card. 4. Route the antenna coaxial cables inside the guide and secure it with a glass tape.
