Figure 37 Wide Scan Screen This screen contains the following fields: Table 21 Wide Scan LABEL DESCRIPTION Wide Scan Settings Auto Wide Scan Use this to enable (Yes) or disable (No) automatically scanning for base stations. Wide Scan Range Start Frequency (KHz) Enter the start frequency in kilohertz (KHz) for a wide scan range. End Frequency (KHz) Enter the end frequency in kilohertz (KHz) for a wide scan range. Step (KHz) Enter the step increment in kilohertz (KHz) that the wide scan jumps each time it scans between the start and end frequencies. Bandwidth (MHz) Enter the frequency bandwidth to be scanned. Delete Click this to remove a range of frequencies from the wide scan range list. Add Click this to add a range of frequencies to the wide scan range list. OK Click this so save any changes to the wide scan range list. Wide Scan Result This table displays the available frequency band(s) found through the wide scan. Frequency (KHz) This field displays the frequency in kilohertz (KHz). Bandwidth (MHz) This field displays the bandwidth in megahertz (MHz). Search Click this to initiate a wide scan.
