CHAPTER 3 IV. EXPOSURE SYSTEM A. Laser/Scanner Unit 1. Configuration The laser/scanner unit scans the laser beam across the photo-sensitive drum. The configuration of the laser/scanner unit is shown in the below figure. 2. Removal from the printer 1) Remove the upper cover unit. 2) Disconnect the 3 connectors and the cable from the laser/scanner unit. Configuration
The laser/scanner unit scans the laser beam
