5. Press Scroll () to select Delay Fax and press Select (P). 6. Enter the number of the remote machine using the number keypad. To enter the number, you can use one, two, or three-digit speed dial or group dial numbers. 7. Press Select (P) to confirm the number on the display. The display asks you to enter another fax number. 8. Press Select (P) to enter the number. OR Press Scroll () to select No and press Select(P). 9. Assign a name to the transmission using the keypad. The document is scanned into the memory. 15. The printer returns to Standby mode and the fax is transmitted from memory at the selected time. Press Scroll () to select Fax and press Select (P). 2. Press Scroll () to select Advanced Fax and press Select (P). 3. Press Scroll () to select Secure Receive and press Select (P). 4. Press Scroll () to select On and press Select (P). 5. Enter a four-digit passcode and press Select (P). 6. Enter the same four-digit passcode to confirm and press Select (P). 7. Press Cancel (V) to return to Standby mode. The Passcode is now set. Using the Secure Receiving Mode
