Chapter 9 Operational Settings Item Explanation Selectable Parameters Default Scan Setting for Document in Dark Background Color Specify whether or not to detect the edge of document in a dark background color during scanning. You can specify a density of background color so the edge will be detected correctly. Once this option is enabled, the settings for scanning documents with tabs will automatically be disabled. Disable/Enable Density of background color: 1 to 5 levels Disable Overcrop/Undercrop Adjust the output image scanned by enabling the Automatic Page Size Detection option. Overcrop: 0 mm to 3 mm (in increments of 1 mm) Undercrop: -3 mm to 0 mm (in increments of 1 mm) 0 mm Pick Pressure Specify the pick pressure for Low/Mid/High Mid feeding documents.
