Message Explanation or recommended action 30.00.02 SCANNER I/O FAILURE CHECK COPY CONNECT CARD Make sure that the scanner is unlocked. Check the cables. Turn the MFP off, and then turn the MFP on. Turn the MFP off, and then turn the MFP on. 41.x ERROR To continue touch OK A temporary printing error occurred. Turn the MFP off, then turn the MFP on. Touch OK to get to TRAY xx SIZE=. Reconfigure the size in a tray so the MFP will use a tray with the size required for the print job. If the error does not clear, turn the MFP off, then turn the MFP on.
