Keyboard and auxiliary-device port pin-number assignments Pin Signal 1 Data 2 Not connected 3 Ground 4 +5 V dc 5 Clock 6 Not connected SCSI port: The server comes with a RAID controller on the system board, which provides two independent SCSI channels. A 16-bit (wide) SCSI cable connects the hot-swap backplane to one channel of the integrated RAID SCSI controller. Another SCSI cable connects the other channel of the controller to the SCSI connector on the rear of the server. To attach an external SCSI device to the server, connect an external SCSI cable from the SCSI device to the SCSI connector on the back of the server. Ensure that the last device on the external SCSI cable is terminated. Table 7 shows the pin-number assignments for the 68-pin SCSI connectors.
