Transition Networks SISPM1040-3xxx-L Web User Guide 26-2 Restart Device This section describes how to restart the device for any maintenance needs. Any configuration files or scripts that you saved in the switch should still be available afterwards. You can use the Non-Stop PoE function so that when the switch warm restarts, it will continue supplying PoE power to the PDs. To restart the device in the web UI: 1. Click Maintenance and Restart Device. 2. Check or uncheck the Always On PoE button. 3. Click Yes at the Are you sure... prompt. Figure 26-2: Restart Device Parameter descriptions : Restart Device : You can restart the switch on this page. After restart, the switch will boot normally. Always On PoE : Check this button so when the switch warm restarts, it continues supplying PoE power to PDs. Buttons Yes : Click to restart the device. No : Click to cancel the operation. 33763 Rev.
