6 Select the setting you want to delete and then click "Delete". 7 Click "Yes" to confirm the deletion. 8 To save the setting to the PPD file specified on step 3, click "Save". 9 Enter the administrator password and click "OK". 10 Check that the setting is deleted properly, then click "Quit". 11 On the configuration screen, click "OK". Color Swatch Utility: Windows only You can print RGB color samples on the MFP using the Color Swatch Utility. The RGB values given for each RGB color sample can be entered in your application software to ensure that the color printed matches the color on the swatch.
