Trouble after Starting to Copy Symptom The MFP is slow to start copying. A copy job is cancelled. Point to check Is [Warming Up] or [Preparing] displayed on the display screen? Is any error occurring? Is there paper on the MP tray? Remedy The MFP is preparing. wait until it starts copying. A copy job is cancelled when specific errors occur while copying. Clear the error and start the copy job again. When copying using paper from the MP tray, check if enough paper is loaded on the MP tray before starting to copy. And, press the key and select [Paper Setup] > [Select Tray] > [Copy] > [MP tray], and then check that [ON] or [ON(Prior)] is selected.
