MFP Issues Note If the following information does not solve the problem, call your local service dealer. Symptom Turned on the MFP, but it stays "OffLine". The MFP does not operate. Cause The AC cable is unplugged. The power is out. The AC cable is not firmly plugged in. The MFP is turned off. Remedy Turn off the MFP and then plug in the AC cable firmly.
