Paper Feed Issues Note If the following information does not solve the trouble, call your local service dealer. Symptom Cause Remedy The document is not ejected from the MFP. The document often jams. The document jammed. The document is not appropriate for the MFP. The document guides are not correctly adjusted. There is a piece of paper inside the ADF. The rollers in the ADF are not clean. Remove the jammed document and re-load it. Use an appropriate document. Adjust the document guides to the document. Open the document cover and remove any paper.
