Symptom The size of the copied output is different from the size of the original document. A part of the document image is missing on the copied output. Point to check Remedy Is the proper size paper for the document loaded on the paper tray? Is the zoom ratio properly set? Is [Repeat] set to [ON]? Is [Edge Erase] set to [ON]? Is [Margin] set to [ON]? Is [N-in-1] set to [ON]? Load the proper size paper for the document. Set the proper zoom ratio. Set [Repeat] to [OFF]. Set [Edge Erase] to [OFF]. Set [Margin] to [OFF].
